Genuine and high quality ingredients to create delicious dishes and rich in flavor, these are the basics of my cuisine.

The passion for wine and my continuous search for important wineries and small winemakers, in recent years has made it possible for me to create a selection of wines to be offered to my customers, to date over 500 labels.
